1. การควบคุมทางการเงิน เป็นการควบคุมและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมในการจัดสรรทรัพยากรทางการเงินว่ามีความเหมาะสมในองค์กรหรือไม่ โดยสามารถจัดสรรงบประมาณได้จากความต้องการขององค์กร
