Tugas yg harus dilakukan setiap minggu:
1. Jaga shrine, ini di atur sendiri jadwalnya gimana. setiap senin itu hari yg digunakan utk periksa laporan setiap anak murid.
Kl jaga shrine, perhatikan formatnya. Lalu perhatikan mereka reply dr tweet sebelumnya apa engga. Di itung ulang jangan sampe salah dan ada ralat2.
Wktu buka itu terserah kalian, tp sesuai dengan yg ada. Hrs tega kl ada yg lupa lapor dan dm kita tanpa alasan jelas hrs tegas itu exp hangus
❗❗❗Untuk promosi club:
Biasanya dilakukan setelah skc. Sekreatif kalian mau promosi seperti apa. Boleh dengan games, promosi dengan poster dll. Jika mau adakan pengenalan dan games, dibicarakan dulu ke asher sensei atau sven sensei. Hrs ada persetujuan dari mereka.
Siapkan materi yg mau di berikan ke newbie sebagai pengenalan dr exorcist bisa berupa presentasi. Kerjasama dengan club lain ketuanya mau ambil hari apa dr seminggu yg diberikan biar gk bentrok.
Gk hanya materi, siapkan games yg seru supaya mereka gk bosen. Jangan lupa kl bisa poster setiap bulan berbeda2 tp tergantung ketua nanti.
❗❗❗ Newbie sesudah penjurusan:
Buat group dm yg isinya ketua/wakil/colead utk bimbing newbie. Kalian atur sendiri mau bahas apa.
Jika bisa, adakan simulasi explore kecil2 aja di dm biar mereka gk kaget.
Adai test dr semua yg udh kalian jelasin biar bener2 paham jangan sampe kyk wkt itu paham2 tp di tl salah mulu.
Setelah semua dites baru masukkan markas.
Pastiin newbie udh bisa dan paham.
