egg og sykur hrært vel saman. Hveitinu blandað rólega saman við. smjör og súkkulaði brætt saman í potti og kælt. hellt varlega saman deigið á meðan að hrært er.
Bakið í 30 - 35 mín við 170 °C

70 gr smjör
150gr suðursúkkulaði
1 - 2 msk sýróp
Allt brætt saman í potti við vægan hita, kælt dálítið og hellt yfir kökuna
gott að bera framm með rjóma og jarðaberjum.
