Retourneren
Je kunt bol.com artikelen kosteloos retourneren. Retourneren doe je als volgt:
Log in op je account en zoek je bestelling
Bekijk de details van je bestelling en klik op de link ‘Retour melden of ruilen’
Doorloop alle stappen en ontvang je retourinstructies en retouretiket per e-mail
Verpak vervolgens het artikel goed in en geef dit af bij een brievenbus (indien mogelijk), Albert Heijn, Post NL of Kiala punt. We verwerken retourzendingen binnen 5 werkdagen, wanneer dit verwerkt is krijg je je volledige aankoopbedrag teruggestort op je rekening.
Repareren
Je kunt je product laten repareren door onze reparatieservice.
Een reparatie vraag je aan in je account:
Ga naar je account en zoek je bestelling
Klik op ‘Details bestelling’
Klik op de link ‘Reparatieaanvraag' onder het artikel
Doorloop de aanmelding en ontvang je verzendinstructies per e-mail
Het reparatieproces duurt gemiddeld 4 weken, per e-mail wordt je op de hoogte gehouden van de status.
Cadeaubon ter compensatie
Om je tegemoet te komen, geef ik je een bol.com cadeaubon ter waarde van (waarde) euro. Je kunt deze inwisselen bij een nieuwe bestelling op bol.com. De cadeaubon staat, binnen enkele minuten na ontvangst van deze e-mail, in je account en deze kun je direct gebruiken.
De cadeaubon wordt bij je volgende bestelling automatisch aangeboden bij de betaalmethoden. Als je bij deze stap de code aanvinkt, wordt het bedrag van de cadeaubon in mindering gebracht op het totaalbedrag van de bestelling.
