E-voting WHTA akan berlangsung selama 2 putaran. Putaran I mulai 25 Oktober - 6 November 2016 untuk memilih para nominasi menjadi shortlist 5 finalist (Top 5) dan dilanjutkan e-voting untuk putaran ll tanggal 7-25 November 2016 untuk menentukan pemenang yang akan diumumkan pada WHTA tanggal 7 Desember 2016 di Abudabi, Uni Emirat Arab.
