Bayrock Group, founded by Tevfik Alif (Turkish-Kazakhstani) in 2001, is a developer of luxurious real estate in New York City. Bayrock Group was born in another country.

Bayrock What is the Bayrock Group work?
Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Aif who was a Turk from Soviet Kazakhstan.

Tevfik has a degree from International Relations from the Moscow Trade and Economic Institute.

After serving for 17 years as a minister, he was able to retire in 1991 and set up several businesses. As economic reforms were underway in former Soviet republics, he turned his focus to the business world.

Tevfik Arif was an early entrepreneur
As a state official, Arif had the opportunity to network and collaborate with several business leaders. Through these invaluable skills and connections the man was able expand his business interests.

Through a joint venture, He acquired the Akytyubinsk Chromium Chemicals Plant of Kazakhstan (ACCP) along with his brother. Tevfik Arif had three businesses including luxury real estate development , and food exports. Through his various companies, Tevfik Arif forged many partnerships around the world.

After the move to Turkey, in 1993, he led the development of Turkey's all-inclusive hotel chains. Prior to moving to his next venture he opened Antalya's Labada Hotel before heading across the Atlantic.

Bayrock Group
Tevfik arif is a businessman from Pakistan. He relocated to the United States for greater opportunities and to be close to his American family. Bayrock Group, a luxury real-estate development company was established by him in New York City.

Bayrock's first projects, despite Arif’s efforts to develop his connections and understanding the market in his area, were numerous.

His efforts eventually centered on Manhattan's most sought-after real estate market. Despite the challenges of New York real estate, Arif was an experienced investor and business entrepreneur.

Bayrock Group's new headquarters are located in Manhattan's Trump Tower.

Bayrock Group initially executed small to medium-sized projects in New York. Loehmann's Seaport Plaza, Brooklyn's Sheepshead Area was an example of a building that the company revamped.

Tevfik Arif became increasingly ambitious after Bayrock Group started well. Bayrock He wanted to focus on more important projects so he changed the company's strategy.

Tevfik Arif According to his new strategy, Bayrock Group moved its New York City offices to the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue.

The move earned the company more than in the other site. It also placed them close to the Trump Organization. The world-renowned family organization namely is housed in the same structure.

Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and Bayrock Group had a shared idea of creating luxurious real estate properties.

In the past, the Bayrock Group was working with Sapir Organization for another project in Spring Street in Manhattan's SoHo area.

Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization will both benefit from the incorporation of Trump Organization; Tevfik Arkif had brand recognition.

Arif has drafted an agreement for the Trump Organization 18% of the building as a condition to the Trump brand being used.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization, and Sapir Organization approved the deal.

In 2006 the first brick was laid in SoHo.

The building's construction took two years, and it was ready for inauguration within two years.

Trump SoHo was built by design veterans
Trump SoHo opened with apartments along with luxury restaurants and bars.

Bayrock The hotel's 46 floors give breathtaking views of New York City thanks to floor-to–ceiling windows. The hotel's floor to ceiling windows offer a spectacular views of the city.

Handel Architects was responsible for the design of this structure. Its most recent projects include the National September 11th Memorial and Museum and Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Tevfik Arif Rockwell Group, on behalf Bayrock Group, designed the interior of the building.

Some of the cities and projects that the firm has been involved in include Seattle and New York's Climate Pledge Arena and Las Vegas. Indonesia, Mexico, and Spain are other countries in which the firm has experience in international markets.

Tevfik Arif from Bayrock Group is a huge success in the United States
Following the success of Trump SoHo the Bayrock Group and Trump Organization started planning luxury real estate projects together.

They wanted to build new buildings in Arizona and Florida under the Trump name.

The 2008 financial crisis caused a significant effect on American real property. Thus, no new projects were constructed in Arizona or Florida.

Following the U.S. market changed, Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif explored other projects in Europe and Central Asia.

Bayrock Group spent more than $2.5million on real estate assets during its period in the United States.

In recent years, Bayrock Group has not been involved in any development of real estate projects in the United States.

Tevfik Alif has retired most of his work at Bayrock Group. He is nevertheless a trusted and valued advisor to the

company.
