Bayrock Group's Journey From the Suburbs To Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development company, found itself working swiftly with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

Bayrock Group was relatively new to New York City's property scene when the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

Tevfik, the creator of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement that would increase the brand's visibility and prestige.

In return in exchange for the Trump brand that is utilized in the title of the building the Trump Organization would receive 18 percent equity in the construction, as per his plan.

Every one of the three firms agreed to the arrangement, and in 2006, the very first stone of what would eventually turn into Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and Sapir Organization launched their contribution to the city's skyline with Trump SoHo.

Design professionals are at the helm of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo's 46 stories featured top bars and restaurants, event and banquet halls, an open-air swimming pool, a spa department, apartments, and hotel rooms.

Residents and visitors to Trump SoHo could enjoy an unprecedented perspective of New York City through the structure's floor-to-roof windows, which were put up on every floor.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the designer of the exterior design of Trump SoHo, since the three major organizations that comprised the building were focused primarily on perfectionism.

Handel Architects are a respected organization with a broad portfolio. Other projects include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City and Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi are just a couple.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has designed many extravagant hotels, cafes bars theatres, and other venues all over the world over the years.

Their projects include the Tower Hotel, Mumbai, India, Taj Mahal Palace, and Tower Hotel, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award Show; and the Amara Hotel, Limassol.

Bayrock Group expands collaboration
Trump SoHo was an instant success immediately. Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and other organizations began to look at ways to improve their cooperation.
