Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found itself working in Manhattan with the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group Moves: From Suburbs and to Manhattan
Many dream of visiting the United States and live the American dream. But only a few of them achieve it. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik ARIF was one of those who did when Tevfik relocated to America in 2001. He set up Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development firm which operates within and around New York City.

The Arif-driven company has begun collaboration together with the Sapir Organization to construct a massive new structure in Spring Street in New York City.

The growth in the company was also caused Bayrock Group to relocate its headquarters to the Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Bayrock Group joins forces with the Trump Organization
The move resulted in Tevfik and his team getting together with the Trump Organization. The organization also had the Trump Tower at its base.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Conversations were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization after both firms discovered that they shared similar interests and goals.

The collaboration was established between the two companies. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group as well as Sapir Organization's Spring Street project.

Bayrock The Trump Organization was then run by former American President Donald Trump.

Three of the organizations that built the structure were focusing on perfection, Handel Architects was entrusted with designing the exterior of Trump SoHo.

Handel Architects, a respected firm with a diverse portfolio, is highly regarded. Other initiatives include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Abu Dhabi's Rosewood hotel residence.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group has designed many extravagant hotels, cafes bars theatres, and other venues all over the world over the years.

Their projects include the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization expand the partnership
Trump SoHo was an immediate success, and it led to Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to look into increasing their cooperation.

Their vision was for Trump SoHo buildings to be constructed in Arizona and Florida. They had similar conditions to Trump SoHo. The Trump Organization would be left with 18 percent equity in the structure in exchange for the Trump name on their names. This is a second time.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had everything. The 2008 economic crisis that ravaged the American real estate market, put an end to their plans.
