My name is Mike and I am writing to share you my review and experience with purchasing a spa from Comfort Hot Tubs. After doing extensive research online about different brands, sizes, jet configurations, materials, etc. - I decided to go with this brand. I bought my Comfort Hot Tub online through Amazon (https://amzn.to/3Npa4zP). I was hesitant at first to make such a large purchase online and have it shipped to my home but it all worked out in the end. After placing my order, my spa was delivered to my doorstep about 10 days later. I was shocked that they can ship an entire hot tub and get it to me somewhat quickly.
The hot tub came packaged in 1 piece and ready to set go. It arrived undamaged and had lots of protection/padding. It also had a welcome packet to get me started. After failing to move the spa myself, I decided to hire spa movers in my area to get the spa right where I needed it. My electrician got it hooked up and I was enjoying it that same night.
Overall, the spa is great quality. The LED lights are pretty cool for swimming at night and fun for my kids. Spa heats up well and has strong jets. From what I can tell, the quality on the spa is truly good and I think it will be lasting me for a long time. Wish it came with a speaker, but I just bring my Bluetooth one out when needed. Thus far, its been a great experience and I really like it. Thanks for reading and happy hot tubbing!
