Very unsatisfied about the way his complaints were handled during his stay : he complained twice about tv not working first time the technician told him there was an issue with the cable and didnt fix the issue. Second time the technician temorarly fixed it only to apear again the next day.
Appologies were presented to the guest, and he was promised to have the complaint repported to the management, and that we'll lead investigation to avoid having issues like this again. He was told we could either send a technician and solve the issue for good or make a room move, he was understanding and politely declined and said he would like the issue to be fixed for his next stay in the same room.
