While still in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began to explore ministry while still at AAU. At the time the Believers' World Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

The InnerCity Mission for children is an evangelical, faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to assist the poor and homeless, orphaned and vulnerable children of .

The foundation assists these deprived children and their families through long-lasting and participative interventions that include child development programs, childcare programmes Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created in order to enhance health and longevity for local communities. They also support improved emergency response when there is an emergency or accident. The foundation intends to achieve this goal through health education advocacy, community-based and other initiatives while aiming to provide assistance to national policies on trauma treatment.

More than a thousand people were given first aid and safety instruction through the foundation. They are credited with educating over 1,000 schoolchildren, law enforcement officers and teachers, as well as caregivers, teachers and road traffic personnel.

Volunteer Medical Corps
