Then go to account > remove accounts > then remove the account that you usually use
Then go to devices and connections > go to Blu-ray > then click clear persistent storage
Then next go back to network settings > then advanced settings > then alternate MAC address > clear > restart

click the big X on the center of your controller then go to the right most part of it until you see an option settings.
Please go to system > then console info > then reset console > then click reset and keep my games and apps.
