Communication is a major problem. It can be a minefield that is our own mistake. It begins just a second after the first contact with someone and comes to an end with a stunning explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, without reason whatsoever, we nearly always presume that there is a complete alignment in both sides' expectations without trying to pick our partner's brain to figure out what his expectations of us are. We are almost always fully in agreement with our partner , with the exception of one thing : he doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . We don't even need anyone to warn us of the coming conflict.

There are a myriad of factors that can lead to confusion. Squared personalities are likely to miscommunicate with those who are liberal, while individuals who are aggressive will have difficult to align expectations with passive ones. It is simple to recognize because we all know what squared signifies.
What if they're very different? They'll never realize that. Think of the personality gap. It has not been found and has never been reported or even investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a different kind of personality that is shared by all of us: the FULL CIRCLE versus the HALF CIRCLE personalities! !
Rami Beracha
Note – This is behavior guidance. After you have read the analysis, try and figure out which persona best represents your personality. Also look for which person your companion in real life. You may be surprised to discover that your personalities differ. According to Bono said, "we are one, but we're not the same." This is a great sign as it could mean that you've found the root cause of many of your different personalities. If, on the other hand you're of the same kind and you're not sure why, I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help you comprehend why your relationships look like shit...
So here we go...
There are two kinds of human beings human beings. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't feel that needing an accomplice. He requires a companion. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... However, until he's found his ideal partner, he CAN survive without one. Once he has found the right one and has found the right one, he'll be able to continue the rest of his life with his complete circle of friends.

The "half of a circle" people on the other side have a partner. When they find the miserable animal, they won't let go. To form a happy circle, they will be able to almost join their victim... however, don't allow them to do this thing of living side-by-side! The Halves aren't willing to give up anything less than starring one at the other from a distance of zero throughout their lives. It's impossible for them to be more intimate than that.

Interesting observation between these two typesof people: the choice to let a relationship go. If a partner has lost their chemistry within the circle will be let go easily by the entire circle. Half-circles on the other hand redefine the notion of having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging the B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him correctly'.
Imagine the awe-inspiring dance that takes place in the moment a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" attempt to make one each other the other's partner, but not conscious of their distinct geometries: the Half joyfully moves two steps ahead, way past the comfort zone of the Full who considers this unwelcome invasion of his personal space bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . Although the Half believes that the Full was innocent and made a wrong move, and he graciously compensated by taking another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to get angry. The Full and the Half understand why, but aren't using the correct terms. They can't properly explain their anguish so they look for the wrong things. They could have saved their lives knowing that one half and the other one is Full.
There isn't one conclusion to this essay but there are some action items:
1. Find out who you are.

2. Find out more about your partner
רמי ברכה
3. Be aware of the differences.
3. Respect the difference!
One conclusion is: Live and let life.
