Communication issues are a major issue. It's like a minefield. It begins a second after we make the first contact with someone and ends with a stunning explosion...
We make the biggest error of thinking that we are fully aligned with our partners' expectations. There's one thing which we are in total alignment with our partner on - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to widen this expectation gap .... And there is no one out there to alert us to the upcoming confrontation.

There are many reasons behind miscommunications. They usually are related to our personal personality. The squared personality is more likely than those with liberal personalities to be misinformed, while people who are aggressive might have difficulties in coordinating expectations with passive. But, this isn't difficult to spot as we are all aware of the difference between squared and liberal, and passive from active.
However, what if they are very different, but they do not realize it. Imagine the personality gap. No one has ever detected it, warned others about it, investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Ladies and gentlemen! I'd like to present to you a new personality one that we all share. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE differ from the HALF CLIRCLE personalities. !
Note: This analysis provides behavioral guidance. Determine which personality best describes who you are and then determine what your relationship partner's personality is. If you discover you are two different people - as Bono sings, "we can be one but not exactly the same", - you should be extremely happy because you may have discovered the root-cause behind the differences between you. There are two kinds of human beings that are called humans. Certain of us are "full-circle" types which is a person who feels totally natural to be by himself. He does need a partner, yes there is a need for a partner and yes, he's on a continuous search of an ideal partner. Absolutely! It's all true! ... He can still survive without his ideal partner. When he has discovered one, he'd like to live the rest of his life shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - partner.

The other aspect of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kind of people - (no, it's not full circles that were damaged in the course of the delivery) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... It's true, they need partners, yes, they want an ally desperately, yes, they're in constant, almost religious, search to find a suitable partner... and yes it's as important for national security to find their partner because they just cannot survive without one. When they find the miserable creature, THEY will not give up! To create a happy circle, they will nearly join with their victims... but don't allow them to do this absurdity of living side-by-side! The Halves will not accept anything less than looking at one another from zero distance. Only intimacy will fill their need for connection with each other and make an entire.
The choice to let go is an ordinary occurrence. Someone who has lost their chemistry within the circle will be let go in a natural way by the entire circle. The half-a–circle' types on the other side will redefine the idea of having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging the B..ST..RD. until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine a dance where the half-circle and the full circle are trying to make their partner feel happy. The Half is able to make two steps to the left of the comfortable zone. The sudden invasion of his personal space is a bit daunting. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he accomplished this by forcing the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent mistake and compensated with another step forward the Half begins to become annoyed and take a step backwards.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They don't know why, but they lack proper terminology and can't describe it. They go to the wrong places. They could have avoided their own misery by knowing the difference between Half and Full.
There is no single conclusion to this essay but there are a few action items:
