Communication is one of the biggest issues. I'd venture to say that it's a dangerous hazard that is our own creation .. It is triggered within a few seconds after coming into contact with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is to assume that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. We're usually in total alignment with our counterpart, minus one aspect that he does not miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . And we don't need anyone to warn us of the coming conflict.
There are many causes for communication issues, and the majority of them stem from our personality. Squared personalities are likely to confuse liberal ones, and people who are aggressive may have difficult to align expectations with passive ones. This is easy to see the difference between squared from liberals, and aggressive can be distinguished from passive.
What if they were completely different? Think about if there is a gap in personality. This isn't something anybody has researched or warned about, nor traced. !
Ladies and gentlemen let me present to you the different personality types The FULL and HALF CIRCLE personality! !

Two groups of humans are referred to as human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is totally independent and does not feel like needing an accomplice. Yes, he needs to be around someone else, and yes, he's always in search of one. Absolutely! 100% true! ... BUT, until he has found his ideal partner, he CAN survive without one. Once he's found the one he wants, he would like to live his life by his side with his - hopefully full circle - of friends.

The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during the delivery). When they discover the awful creature and they are unable to let go! To create an encircling circle, they will try to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves don't want to give up anything less than staring one at the opposite from a distance of a single pixel throughout their lives. It's impossible to make them feel more intimate than that.
A fascinating observation between the kinds is the way they choose to leave their companion. The entire circle will surely be able to let go of a person who has lost their chemistry quickly. Half-circles, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner is referring to - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able replace them with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, in which two "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle" attempt to compete but without being aware of their differing geometrical shapes. The Half smiles and moves two steps ahead. The Full finds this unwanted invasion slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by that he took the Half out of his comfort zone. Once .... The Half is sure that the Full was making an innocent mistake. When he take a step to make up for it with a step forward. However, the Full begins to be irritated and take a further, more significant step in the opposite direction.. The Half starts to think that there is nothing innocent about what's going on this time and his next move is not at all gentle.. the Full.. The Half.. The Half and the Full are irritated with one another. They aren't sure why, but they lack proper terminology and can't describe it. Therefore, they head to the wrong places. It could have saved their lives if they knew the difference between Half and Full.
