Take your time when deciding on the idea you want to pursue. You must ensure it is the best option to meet your requirements. This is among the most important steps to succeed in any endeavor. The idea must spark your excitement and confidence in its possibility. What's more important than your business decision is the degree to which you believe in the idea. After you have begun the process, don't be afraid to make changes as you go. Better to adjust and fix things early in the course of the project rather instead of later, when you have invested more money.

Rami Beracha's suggestions for students studying at Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his personal life experiences. Rami began his legal studies at the age of teenager. He was uncertain whether he was on the right path but he continued his legal education and earned an MBA in New York, then worked at an international law firm. He realized, though, that he had a love more for business than he did law when he was working at the Wall Street law firm. He quit his job to travel to France to pursue an MBA.

Shortly after graduating from college in 1996 Beracha began work at the Pitango Venture Capital fund the largest venture capital fund. Pitango has a relationship with companies at the initial stages of development, with a focus on the core sectors within the high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and made 85 exits. Rami became the managing partner in 2000 and for the next 18 years was in charge of many deals that led to successful exits to large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

Then he didn't stop there. Globes gave Beracha the 2011 "Esteemed Partner” award. This recognized him for being an influential investor. Rami established Sosa an initiative that was launched in 2014. Sosa is home to innovation centers in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they work with global entrepreneurs and support innovative high tech companies. Sosa was appointed recently to oversee the development and operation of the city's cyber center.

Beracha has two projects in development. In London Beracha has established a fund for blockchain venture capital, along with several business partners. Beracha has contributed to the establishment of Israel as a major global high technology hub, and is prepared for a bigger market. Beracha's business outlook reflects the fund's new outlook. The fund states that they "know technology, but only invest in mission-driven individuals." They are looking for passionate businesses to help blockchain gain its right spot at the forefront of new innovative concepts that will accelerate the pace of change in the world.

Beracha plans to launch a Middle Eastern venture capital funds. Following the Abraham Accords that Israel and the United Arab Emirates recently signed Beracha believes that now is the ideal opportunity to make a bet on the Arab market. What better place to start than the affluent and super modern Dubai? The idea for his newest fund called Ender Ventures, as he plans to call it, is to attract Israeli advertising European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in the fields of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, and more. Unique in its outlook for business The United Arab Emirates is a unique country. Due to its business taxand business-friendly legislation the UAE will probably draw many businesses in the future.

While Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path was not always smooth. Like most Israelis, Beracha joined the army as a young man. He served in the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and also fought in the Lebanon War. Rami was part a rescue team that went out to assist soldiers injured in minefields. This happened shortly after the war was over. Rami unfortunately stepped on hidden mines and fellto the ground, loosing his foot as well as his hand.

His rehabilitation period in the hospital was among the most difficult experiences of his life. He couldn't move and sunk into depression and despair. All of his dreams to advance his career in the army seemed lost , and he did not know who or what he really was. Rami was able to recover from his injuries and was able to live his life even if that meant he had to give his hopes. He set out to become better and stronger than he was prior to his injuries. Rami was determined to try new extreme sports. Today, he enjoys snowboarding, kitesurfing as well as hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro. Sometimes, he feels that his unharmed past is pushing forward, even as working to improve.
Rami volunteers and donates to numerous organizations. Rami is passionate about helping the next generation of wounded soldiers. Rami led a group that was wounded when serving in the army during a Nepal trip in the year 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to major in the Israeli army's paratrooper and fire brigades. The dreams of his childhood had come to fruition, despite the challenges. His passion and story are a true inspiration to other people. Rami didn’t let his injuries hinder her. He continued to try new things, learning and growing until he was more resilient than before.
