Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't want to pick out our partner's thoughts to find the expectations he has. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart is not afraid to expand this expectation gap ..... And we don't need anyone to alert us of the imminent conflict.

There are many sources of communication issues, but they are generally due to our individual personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. Affirmative personalities might find it difficult to align expectations with passive personalities. This isn't difficult to recognize - we all know the difference between squared and liberal, and passive and active.
What happens if they're totally different? Only they won't be aware of it. Imagine that there exists a sort of a personality gap which exists, but is not even noticed by us. It's never been discovered or reported on or investigated by anyone. !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen an entirely new kind of personality that we share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people from the HALF circle! !
Note: A behavioral guideline when reading the coming analysis attempt to determine which of the two personalities most accurately describes you and also try to figure out which one of your friends is. If you find out that you belong to two distinct kinds, as Bono states "we're one but we're not alike" If you do, then you ought to be content. You may have found the root-cause of some of the differences in your life! Humans can be divided into two categories. Certain of us are 'full-circle' types, a self-contained person that is completely comfortable by himself. Sure, he would like to partner with others and sure, he's always looking for people to share his life with. Absolutely! All true! ... But, he will not be able to live without his dream companion until he finds one. After he has found his ideal partner and is ready to share his life with his - hopefully complete circle of friends.

The "half-a circle" type is the other side of humanity. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during the birth). Once they have found the miserable animal that they have found, they won't ever let it go! They will move to almost physically join their victim in order to form one happy circle... and do not give them the pleasure of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves will not give up anything less than staring one at the other from a zero distance throughout their lives. Only intimate relationships fill their need for connection with one another and form one whole.

An interesting observation in the two types: the choice to let a partner go. The whole circle tends to release the person they've lost chemistry. On the other hand the 'half-acircle' types will redefine the meaning of chemistry between partners to mean "I hold onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a new upgrade."

Imagine a dance in which two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to please their partner. However, the Half can make two steps to the left of the safety zone. The sudden invasion of his private space can be a bit intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Problem is, he made the Half step outside of his comfortable zone ...... The Half is aware that the Full made an innocent mistake, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. However, the Half soon becomes upset and begins to take a bigger, more aggressive step.. Both know why but lack proper terminology. They're unable to adequately explain their frustration, and so they search for the wrong things. They could have avoided their own misery if they had known the distinction between Half and Full.

Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are a few options you could adopt.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Find out about your partner
3. Recognize that there is a big difference.
3. Be aware of the differences!
Let's just say that there is only one conclusion: Live and let be.
