Rami Beracha's advice for students of Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based on his own personal experience. Rami started his studies in law as a teenager. In the course of his work at the Wall Street law firm, it became apparent that he had a passion for business more than law. He decided to quit his job and move to France for an MBA.
Shortly after graduating from college in 1996, Beracha started working at the Pitango Venture Capital Fund the largest venture capital fund. Pitango invests in businesses in their infancy stages, and develops core areas for high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments in the past and had over 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. In the 18 years that followed, Rami managed dozens deals that resulted in exits to large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom (Marvel), Cisco, Cisco, and Apple.

It didn't end there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognising his status as an investor of influence. Rami established Sosa in 2014, a new initiative.
