Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha

This blog is written by Rami Beracha about venture capital world. Rami is the co-founder and CEO at Sosa.
It's a major issue that people do not understand. It's like a minefield. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and culminates in an incredible explosion...
Rami Beracha
Our biggest error is always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations from both sides. We don't attempt to pick out our partner's thoughts to find out what his expectations are. However, there is one thing that we nearly always agree on: he doesn't overlook an opportunity ....to expand the expectations gap We are not alerted by anyone.
There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by differences in our personalities. Square personalities are more likely miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. People who are aggressive may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive individuals. This is evident that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
What if they're totally different? Imagine the personality gap. It's never been discovered, reported on, or studied by anyone. !

Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand new personality one that we all share. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE differ from the HALF CLIRCLE personalities. !
Note – This is the guidance for your behavior. After you've read the analysis, try to determine which type of persona best represents your personality. Also, try to figure the person who your partner in real life. If you find that you are of different types - as the Bono song says "we are one but we're not the same" If you do, then be thrilled because you may have just discovered the cause of the differences between you! If you're the opposite type I'm sorry that I could not assist you in understanding the reasons your relationships look like crap.
Here we begin...
Rami Beracha
Two kinds of human beings are there. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't believe that the need for a partner. Sure, he needs an accomplice. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... But, he won't be able to live without a suitable partner. He will continue living his life with his new partner once the time comes to find one.
Half-circle people constitute the other half of humanity. They won't let go of the miserable creature once they find it. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them and refuse to give up the idea of living in harmony. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to gaze at each at each other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. They will not settle for anything less intimate in order to meet their need to join with their other half to create a whole.
רמי ברכה
A striking difference between the two is the decision to let go of a partner. The full circle is likely to let go quickly of a partner they have lost their chemistry. The "half-a-circle" type will however redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They will say that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with an upgraded version.
Imagine the fantastic dance that occurs when the "half" and "full" circle attempt to force each other to become their partner. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, well away from the safety space of the Full, who considers this sudden invasion of his personal space too scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was certain that the Full had made an innocent error and the Full was sure of it, the Half gets angry and takes a step backward. They can't describe their feelings and are unsure of the reason. They could have been spared by knowing that the one they are seeking is Half, and the other is full.
Rami Beracha
There isn't a single answer to this essay. However, there are some action items:
1. Discover who you really are.
Rami Beracha
2. Find out more about your partner
3. There is a difference.
רמי ברכה
3. Respect different opinions!
Rami Beracha
One of the conclusions is to live and let life.
