Communication issues are a major problem. It's a minefield we have created. It begins a second after making contact with another person, and ends with an astonishing explosion...
The biggest error we make is always assuming complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't try to pick out our partner's thoughts to find out his expectations. There is however one thing we can almost always can agree on: he does not overlook an opportunity ....to widen the expectation gap And we don't need anyone to alert us of the coming conflict.

There are many sources of miscommunications and they are mostly caused by our personalities. Squared personalities are likely to be misinformed by people of a liberal mindset, and aggressive personalities will find a hard time aligning expectations with those of passive people. This isn't difficult to spot - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

However, what if they are very different and they don't be aware of that. Think about if there is an individual gap. No one has ever detected it and warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a new personality kind that we all have in common. The FULL CIRCLE personalities differ from the HALF CLIRCLE characters. !

And here we begin...
Humans can be divided into two groups. Certain of us are split into two groups: some are self-contained, while others are completely at ease in their own space. Sure, he needs the support of a partner. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he will not be able to live without his dream companion until he can find one. He is determined to spend his entire life with his love and is hoping to complete his circle.

Half-a-circle people make up the other half of the human race. Once they have found the miserable animal that they have found, they won't ever let it go! They will move to almost physically integrate with their victim in order to create one happy circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder to shoulder! They will not compromise their desire to be capable of looking at each other for the rest their lives. Nothing less intimate will give them the desire to connect with one another and form an entire.

One interesting difference between the two is the choice to let go a partner. The entire circle would typically let go of a partner with whom he has lost chemistry very quickly. The half-circle's on the other hand redefine the concept of 'having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine the amazing dance taking place when a "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" are trying to be his partner, not being aware of their differing geometries: the Half joyfully moves two steps ahead far beyond the comfort zone of the Full, who find this unexpected invasion to his personal zone a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by that he took the Half out of his comfort zone. Once .... the Half is sure that the Full was making an innocent wrong move and promptly compensates with another step forward. However, the Full begins to be irritated and make another, bigger step to the back.. The Half starts to think that there is something sinister about what is going on in this situation and his next step isn't exactly gentle.. The Full.. the Half.. the Full and the half both are angry at one another. They are unable to describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. They could have saved their lives by knowing that one is Half and the other one is Full.
This essay does not have any conclusive conclusion. However it does contain some action items.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Find out who your partner is
3. There is a distinction.
