'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha is the blogger of this blog. The focus is on venture capital. Rami is co-founder of Sosa.
Miscommunication is a serious problem. It's like a minefield. It starts a second after the first contact with someone and is concluded with a spectacular explosion...
The biggest error we make is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. We're usually fully in agreement with our partner , with the exception of one thing : he doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this gap . There's nobody to inform us of the upcoming conflict.
There are many sources of communication issues, but they are generally related to our different personalities. Square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will be unable to reconcile their expectations and the expectations of passive people. But this is easy to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.
Rami Beracha
Imagine if they were different? Consider if there's an individual gap. This isn't something any person has ever investigated or even identified. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to present to you the different personality types The FULL and the HALF CIRCLE personalities! !
רמי ברכה
Note : This analysis is designed to give you guidance on your behavior. As you read this report, you'll be able to determine the personality that best describes you. Also, you can try to find your partner in the life. If you realize that you're of two different kinds - as Bono song says "we are one however we're not the same" You should be very happy because you may have found the root-cause for the differences between you! If, however, you are both of the same kind, then I'm sorry that I'm unable to explain why your relationships look so horrible.
Rami Beracha
Here we take a look...
רמי ברכה
Two distinct groups of people can be classified as human. Certain of us are "full-circle" types who are self-contained and finds it easy to be alone. Yes, he wants to be a part of a group and, the truth is, he's always on the lookout for people to share his life with. Absolutely! It's all true! ... However, until he's found the perfect partner, he CAN survive without one. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to live the rest of his life shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
Rami Beracha
The "half a circle" people on the other side need a partner. When they find the terrible creature, they DO NOT LET GO! They will attempt to live with the victim as if were one of them, and will not let go of the idea of living in harmony. The Halves aren't going to compromise their affection for one another. They will look at each with the same gaze from the distance for the rest. Their desire to merge with their spouse and create a whole will only be satisfied by something less intimate.
A striking distinction between these types is the choice to let go a partner. A partner who has lost their chemistry with the whole circle will be dismissed naturally by the whole circle. Half-a-circle types will, however, redefine what 'having mutually having chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm holding on to this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the dance where the half-circle and the full circle are trying to please their partner. The Half can take two steps forward past the comfort zone. This unexpected invasion into the privacy of his own is a bit intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step outside of his comfort zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an innocent mistake, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. But the Half is soon upset and starts to make a bigger, more aggressive step.. They don't know why but they aren't using the correct terminology and don't know how to explain the situation. So they go to the wrong place. They could have been saved had they known that the item they're seeking is Half, and the other is full.
This essay does not have any conclusive conclusion. However it does include some actions.
1. Learn more about who you are.
Rami Beracha
2. Find out who your partner is
3. There is a difference.
3. Respect this distinction!
actually, one conclusion that is true: Live and let live.
