The issue of miscommunication is very significant. It's like an open-air minefield. It is triggered just a second after coming into contact with someone, and ends with an incredible explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to believe that we're completely in sync in our expectations for each other and not trying to guess what our counterparts expect from us. One thing is for certain however: our partner will not miss an chance to widen this gap . There is no one to inform us about the coming conflict.
There are many reasons behind communication issues. They are usually related to our personal personas. The square personality is more likely to not communicate with people who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will have trouble aligning their expectations and those of passive individuals. This is evident that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, whereas aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
What if they're very different? They'll never be aware of that. Consider if there's a personality gap. It's not something any person has ever investigated or even identified. !
I'd like to introduce you, gentlemen and ladies the new type of personality that we share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people from the HALF circle! !

If you realize that you're two different people - as Bono says, "we can be one however we are not the same" If you do, then you ought to be extremely happy because you might have found the cause of some of your differences. Two groups of humans are referred to as being human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is completely self-sufficient and does not feel like the need for an accomplice. It is true that he may need an accomplice. Absolutely! All true ... But, he won't be able survive without a suitable partner. After he has found his dream partner, he wants to spend his entire life with his hopefully complete circle - partner.

Others are the "half-acircle" types. When they find the miserable animal that they have found, they will not let go. To form an encircling circle, they'll try to make their victim feel more physically. They won't compromise on being in a position to gaze at one others for the rest of their lives. Their desire to merge with their partner and form a unit will only be fulfilled by something less intimate.
An interesting observation between the two types is the decision to leave an individual partner. The full circle will typically release themselves quickly from an individual he no longer has his chemistry with. The 'half-a-circle' types, on the other hand they will redefine the concept of having chemistry mutually with their companions' to be - 'im keeping this B..ST..RD, , until I am able to replace him with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, when a "half circle" and a "full-circle" are trying to create one another, without being aware of their different geometries. The Half is smiling and moves two steps ahead. The Full is a bit frightened by this unwanted invasion somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. However, by the fact that he took the Half out of his comfortable zone .... the Half is convinced that the Full was making an innocent wrong move and take a step to make up for it with a step forward, the Full begins to be irritated and take a further, more significant step in the opposite direction.. The Half starts to think that there is nothing innocent about what's going on here and his next step is not at all gentle.. the Full.. the Half.. The Full and the half are irritated with the other. They understand the reason, but since they don't have the correct terminology they can't adequately explain their madness and turn to the wrong places. If they only knew that one of them is a Half and the other is Full it could have saved them ...
