Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha writes about the world of venture capital. Rami is also the Co-Founder at Sosa.
Communication issues are a major problem. It is a minefield of our own making. It starts seconds after making contact and ends with an astonishing explosion...
The biggest error we make is to assume that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each side without trying to guess what our partner expects from us. The one thing we do have in common is that our friend does not miss the chance to widen this gap ..... We have not been notified by anyone.
There are many reasons for miscommunications, and most of them stem from our personality. People with square personalities are more likely to not communicate with people who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may have trouble aligning their expectations with those of passive individuals. This is easy to recognize - everyone knows the difference between liberal and passive from aggressive.

However, what if they are very different, but they do not be aware of that. Consider if there's a gap in personality. It has never been discovered by anyone or warned about it, or investigated it...NOT even been frightened! !
Rami Beracha
Ladies and gentlemen, let me present to you a different type of personality The FULL and half circle personalities! !
It is a behavioral guide. After reading the following analysis, try to identify the personality that most accurately describes you. Additionally, you should determine who your partner is in your life. If you discover that you're of two distinct kinds, as Bono says "we're one but we're not the same", then you should be happy. It is possible that you have discovered the cause of many of the differences between you! If, on one hand you're the same type, then I am sorry, but I can't help you understand why you are in relationships that appear to be so terrible.
Here we are...
Humans can be classified into two groups. Certain people are "full-circle", which is a self-contained person who feels completely at home all by himself. He requires a companion. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... It is possible to live without his dream partner. If he can find the perfect one and has found the right one, he'll be able to live his life with his full circle of friends.
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of humanity. They are not going to let go of the savage creature when they discover it. They'll try to physically integrate with their victim to form one happy circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves don't want to give up anything less than staring at each other from a distance of zero throughout their lives. It is impossible to make them feel more intimate than that.
A fascinating observation about these two typesof people: the decision to let go of a partner. The entire circle will surely get rid of a partner that has lost their chemistry quickly. The half-circle type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They'll claim that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a better upgrade.
Imagine the amazing dance that happens when the "half" and "full" circle try to force each other to become their partners. They are not aware of their differences. The Half makes two leaps forward, far away from the safety space of the Full, who considers the abrupt invasion of his personal space too scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half move out of his comfortable zone ...... The Half is aware that the Full has made an innocent mistake, so he makes another step backward.. But the Half is soon upset and begins to take a bigger, more aggressive step.. They are unable to describe their hurt and have no idea why. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they understood the difference between Half and Full.
Rami Beracha
Although this essay is not meant to be a complete guideline, there are some steps you can take.
1. Discover who you are
Rami Beracha
2. Find out about your partner
3. There's a difference.
3. Respect that different!
Rami Beracha
Actually, there's only one possible conclusion.
