Pitango invests in companies in their infancy stages, and develops the core areas of high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments in the past and had more than 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. Over the next 18 years, the company managed several deals that resulted in success in the exit of Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.

Then he didn't stop there. In 2011, the Globes awarded Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, recognizing him as the influential investor that he had become. Rami started a new initiative called Sosa in the year 2014. Sosa has innovation centres located in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they assist innovative high-tech companies to partner with entrepreneurs from all over the world looking to collaborate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was appointed recently to oversee the development and operation of New York City's cyber center.

Beracha also has a few new ventures. In London Beracha launched a fund for blockchain venture capital along with a variety of business partners. Beracha, who helped to make Israel as a hub for high-tech innovation, is now ready to expand his market. As per Beracha's business plan the new fund says: "We know technology, however, we invest in mission-driven people". The fund's goal is to identify motivated companies that will help blockchain be a pioneer in the field of innovative ideas, helping the world to move forward.

Beracha plans to start a Middle Eastern fund for venture capital. Beracha believes this is the perfect time to invest in Arab markets, especially after the recent signing of the Abraham Accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is the perfect place to start, as it is rich and modern. Ender Ventures, his latest fund is an idea that which he is working on. It will be able to draw European and Israeli investors to help high-tech UAE companies working in artificial intelligence, VR, robotics and other areas. The United Arab Emirates has a unique perspective on business. Due to its corporate tax rate, as well as its extremely business-friendly laws, the UAE will likely attract many companies in the future.

While it is evident that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he's decided to do, his life wasn't always so easy. Beracha as well as many Israelis joined the army as a young soldier. He was a soldier in the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party that was sent to assist wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, shortly after the war. Rami unfortunately stepped on hidden mines, and fell, and lost his foot and his hand.
The time he spent in the hospital rehabilitation was among the most challenging of his entire life. He was unable and unwilling to move and eventually began to feel depressed and hopeless. All of his dreams to advance his career in the military seemed lost , and he did not know the identity of who or what he was. Rami managed to overcome his grief and discover the motivation to live and pursue new dreams. He set out to become better and stronger than before his injuries. Rami was the first to try different extreme sports. He is now a kitesurfer, snowboarding and has even been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. While he works to better himself, he sometimes feels like his past unwounded self is racing him and making him go faster.
Rami is an avid volunteer and donor to many charitable organizations. He also enjoys helping young soldiers who were wounded during combat. Rami took charge of a team of soldiers injured during military service in Nepal in the year 2016. In the year 2018, Rami was promoted to Major in the Israeli Army's Paratrooper as well as Fire Brigades. He had dreams when he was a young man and they were able to come to fruition despite all the difficulties. His story and his passion are a true inspiration to other people. Rami didn’t let his injuries stop her from pursuing her dreams. He continued to try new things, learning and growing until he became more resilient than before.
