Minecraft 1.19 The Wild Features

Do you want to know about the Minecraft 1.19, The Wild update? The Wild update was first announced in October 2021. It's now available.



The update adds a variety of new features to Minecraft 1.19 The Wild, including new biomes such as the Deep Dark and Mangrove Swamp and also new Minecraft mobs such as The Warden and The Allay Mob, which won 2021's Minecraft mob vote. The Minecraft 1.19 The Wild update also introduces new world generation such as ancient cities that can be found in the Deep Dark - an area that only has underground spawns. The Deep Dark also includes new items, such as disc fragments and echo fragments.



The new Mud block lets you create brinks of mud and clay by mixing water and soil. Frogs and a new magic item are also part of this update. We've got all we know about the Minecraft 1.19 release date, as well as a summary of the key features.



Minecraft 1.19 features



Deep dark biome



The new Deep Dark biome spawns underground within the Deepslate layer. It will be populated with new blocks and will spawn things like Ancient cities. This biome is home to the Warden.



You can create mud by placing water on dirt. This is the case in real life as well as when it comes to the new mud block. To get rid of the moisture and make it clay-like you can place the mudblock on top the dripstone. Or, you can make mud bricks out of it.



Mangrove trees and mangrove swamp biome



The Wild will be an extensive update to the swamp, including mangrove trees. Mangrove trees will grow from the propagules that can be planted in water or on land, and grow up into big chunks of root blocks, with vines dangling around them. Mangrove trees can be harvested for the creation of a new type of wood. You'll also find full-on mangrove swamp biomes.



Chests on boats



Most important, we're also getting boats with chests in them - pretty self-explanatory. The developers suggest that the new world generation features will allow you plenty of opportunities to get your storage-enhanced vessel out on the river.



Allay mob



The mob of allay, which won the vote, will be part of 1.19 too. It's a small blue fairy-like creature that collects things for you and likes to dance.



Frogs



Frogs begin as tadpoles (which can be put in buckets) and then develop into one of three varieties of frogs: snowy, swamp or tropical according to the temperature of the biome they grow in. my blog Frogs will hop towards the lily pads as often as they can, but they may also be enticed to fall by dripleaves.



Originally, Frogs were going to be able to consume another planned new addition in 1.19 - Fireflies. It was later revealed that these luminous bugs weren't going to be added in The Wild update after all. They could be present in future updates, but likely as their own thing.
