The stunning and beautiful landscapes of Breath of the Wild are such an obvious match for Minecraft that someone designed the entire BOTW map in the past year, but that was just a base. Modders from another group added some Zelda gameplay to the map using the Sheikah slate with all its features, including a boomerang, and Sheikah towers. You can give the creeps you hate the sound of their explosive efforts to experience the torture by using Link's remote detonator bombs.
PCGamesN has discovered that the Breath Of The Wild datapack was developed in collaboration with modders Craiy & Joris. It's really cool.
The most immediate elements you'll encounter in your Minecraft world are the common Bokoblin camps that dot the landscape. There are also the rarer Sheikah Towers designed to resemble the massive spires Link climbs all over Hyrule. Fighting Bokoblins and taking their Boko Stick clubs is a good start however, your next priority should be building ladders and climbing to the top of the Sheikah tower. Then, you'll be able to take out the Sheikah multitool for destruction and start making havoc.
You can move and pick up around metal blocks such as copper or iron with magnesis, and make use of both square and round remote bombs to terrorize bokoblin camps, utilize stasis to shoot goats off cliffs in the way they deserve, and create especially tricky parkour courses with cryonis.
It would be quite neat to build floating water bases that can only enter with cryonis Icepillars. I did try to channel my inner Link by dropping iron blocks on top of bokoblins but they'll just slither through them before landing on the ground instead of doing damage. They didn't think I was trying to make them miserable.
The boomerang, hero's tunic , and hero's tunic might be scarce but they're worth searching for. Craiy will go over everything and more in the mod show video below.
The current version of the BOTW datapack is compatible with Minecraft 1.19 with all those cool new features, however Craiy claims that the group is planning to make another version of the pack that has more Zelda information.
The creator of the last year's Breath of Wild map decided not to make it available for download. 83hh.com Instead, perhaps keep an eye on the one being developed by Grazzy and Joris, which is the one Craiy and Joris used to present their datapack. It's not a good idea to combine them as Grazzy is building Sheikah towers by himself , and the BOTW datapack generates these towers. Perhaps you could even mix your Zeldas with the Wind Waker style you can discover on our top Minecraft texture packs list.
