Note This project isn't affiliated with Minecraft or Mojang in any way and is exclusively a fan project. This font is an exact copy of the Minecraft UI font, but it doesn't contain any font assets or font files.
- Minecraft! - This font was based on the Minecraft UI typeface. JASON A few glyphs were updated to improve the readability and spacing.
- Each character has been carefully modified to work in the monospaced font. Thin characters such as "i" and "l" have been reworked with elegant serifs and tails that appear more attractive in a monospaced space.
All new ligature characters are now available to enrich your programming experience. Arrows are now shaped like arrows and comparison operators are now easier to read at an eye
How do you install
Download the most recent Monocraft.otf file from the page for releases. Right-click on the downloaded font and choose Install. You might need administrative access to install fonts, depending on your machine.
Mac
The most current Monocraft.otf file is available for download from the Releases Page. Double click on the downloaded font file and choose Install Font in the window that opens. More help available here.
Follow the instructions above to install the font. Select the Monocraft font (note the space) from any application that allows custom fonts. You may require restarting the application or your computer in order for the font to show up.
