Job Title: Customer Service/Order Processing

Position Description:
Required immediately!
We are looking for someone with at least one years' experience in customer service,preferably in the Canada, and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Fluent English would be an advantage.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage bank transactions;
- Manage client correspondence and updating database;
- Report preparation;
- Accounting of all expenses;
- Work with international customers;
- Assist staff in executive/client service operations
Starting salary is $17/hour.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years customer service /sales experience.
- Working experience of computers and various software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle all customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accuracy, a high level of concentration and ability to deal with time pressures is essential.
- Able to work independently and operate effectively in a team environment.
