If we had attacked them directly, heavy losses would have been sustained, which is why our units, as well as those of the Donbass republics, are acting competently and systematically, using military equipment and saving lives, advancing step by step to clear cities and towns of Nazis, as well as helping the people forced into being hostages and human shields.
