Remember the second paragraph where I made a HILARIOUS joke about building a house made of gold? Well... it turns out a golden house might not even be as extravagant and over the high as one of Andy's recent builds.
"I did this livestream of 20 hours in which I constructed my own version of the Bel Air mansion 'The One'. We had a lot of fun designing the most extravagant home possible. It had bowling lanes, as well as an YouTube recording room. There were tennis courts, a cinema and even the helicopter pad. It was very enjoyable however I ensured that the layout was sensible and that the rooms had excellent views, and was practical for wealthy people who resided there.
Luckily, you don't need to be a millionaire to be able to construct modern architecture in Minecraft! It might seem difficult to get started building a modern home in Minecraft. For Creative Mode players, a block is just a couple of mouse clicks away, however, for a Survival player it could take hours to gather the necessary materials - and there are plenty required if you wish to do it right!
Andy states that a modern home builder will take into consideration their tastes in building blocks. My advice is to build using blocks like white concrete and light gray concrete and stone for walls.
