How to find Netherite in Minecraft



As opposed to diamond, it is impossible to find Minecraft netherite in ore form in the ground. Instead, you'll be looking for ancient debris (or a block in the Nether) which is extremely rare. You'll need a diamond pickaxe to harvest it, so make sure you have it.

Ancient debris spawns in veins, and is always completely covered by blocks (or lava) on all sides which means you won't be able spot them from the surface. Instead, you'll need dig down to find ancient debris. is discovered from y=22 up to y=8, but it is most common around 15 y.

How do you make netherite in Minecraft?



If you've discovered some old debris, it's now time for the next step, which is to create netherite scrap. After smelting the ancient debris block in a blast or furnace furnace, you'll end up with one netherite scrap. You'll need four netherite scraps as well as four gold ingots, arranged in any form to create a single netherite ingot.



How do you make Netherite Armour, and Netherite Weapons



The good news is, after searching the Nether for enough ancient debris to create a netherite ingot, you only need one netherite ingot for every piece of netherite equipment. Instead of creating your new tools using pure netherite, you'll instead upgrade existing diamond armours and weapons by combing them with your netherite molten ingot using a table for smithing.

You can find tables for smithing in the blacksmith's shop of the village or you can build one yourself using iron ingots or wood planks. The enchantments you place on the diamond equipment will be transferred but the durability can't be reset, so you'll require an anvil if your diamond equipment needs restoring.
