TURN 11!! - September 1938 - This turn is dedicated to people who have to back to school today.

FEW MAJOR NEW THINGS:

1.Prestige

I added faction prestige to stop things that happend to Jean​. His own faction fucked up him so now every faction has it's own prestige.

Current Status:
Axis: 95
Comintern: 90
Allies: 50

If Prestige is 100 you get huge bonus from every member.
If Prestige is above 75 but lower than 100, you get small income bonus from every member.
If Prestige is 75 or lower income from members is no more.
If Prestige is 50 or lower every member of the faction can claim to be leader and take the title from current leader by war. (If he won prestige is reset to 100.)
If Prestige is 0 Faction gets collapsed.

How To Gain Prestige:
1.Protecting your faction members.
2.Winning in war against other faction.
3.Adding new members to faction.

How To Lose Prestige:
1.Loosing war. (you lose more if war was against other faction)
2.Kicking member out or losing member.
3.Being passive when member is attacked, not helping him.

2.Trade

Trade has been completly reworked. Now we have special trade map, and map is separated by trade zones. In every zone you can take special acction. Every acction requires merchant (except embargoing). You get one every 5 dip levels.

Special Actions:
a) Embargo - Bans country using your trade zone. (You must be owner, Country must be a rival.)
b) Collect - Simply collect's money in that zone.
c) Transfer Trade - Transfers all the money to another zone.
d) Sabotage Trade - Target gets only 1/2 from this trade zone if your dip lvl is bigger than his even only 1/4 (Target don't know who sabotages his trade.)

You can choose any government from this list:
-Facism (Dictatorship)
-Nazism (Dictatorship)
-Communism
-Absolute Monarchy
-Parliamentary Monarchy
-Socialsm (Any)
-Constituional Repubilc
-Capitalist Republic
-Democracy
-Parliamentary Republic
-Any other but realistic.
2.Flag
You can choose any flag you like for your state.
3.Factions
a) Factions are Comintern, Allies and Axis. You can join any you like if leader accepts you in.
b) Leaders are Germany - for Axis, UK - for Allies and USSR - for Comintern. They can be changed only if they die or decide to give leader title to someone else.
c)Factions must help each other and leader has duty to protect its members.
d)If every faction is not your type you can start new one if you have 10 administative level and enough power to do that.
4.Technologies
a)Administative technology defines city income. You can also sabotage countries with smaller level.
b)Diplomatic technology defines trade income.
c)Military technlogy defines troops efficiency.
d)Colonies tech defines how much you get from colony. Yu can also sabotage colonies with smaller level.
e) Every tech costs 250G and increase by 250G every level.
5.Buildings
There are few diffrent buildings in the game:
a)Barracks - Makes your troops more effective. (2500G)
b)Shipyard - Allows you to produce warships. (5000G)
c)Tank factory - Allows you to produce tanks. (5000G)
d)Aircraft factory - Allows you to produce planes. (5000G)
e)Anti-Tank Guns - Able to stop enemy's tanks. (500G)
f)Anti-Air Guns - Able to stop enemy's bombers. (500G)
g)Nuke Silo - Allows you to produce nukes (One per silo) (10000G)
i)Nuke Shelter - Makes your people and cities survive nuke attack. (10000G)
6.Units
a)Rookie Regiment - Untested in battle but cheap. (250G)
b)Pro Regiment - Experienced but expensive (500G)
c)Light Tank - Fast, good in open battle (1000G)
d)Heavy Tank - Useful in the cities, but to slow for open battles (1500G)
e)Fighter Plane - Fast, takes down enemy's planes in battles (1000G)
f)Bomber Plane - Can bomb cities (1500G)
g)Missle - Does "Kaaaaboooom!" used in Nuke Silos. (5000G)
h)Destroyer - Used in naval battles (5000G)
7.Trade
You can send trade ships to your allies. They're very useful, but can also bring nothing. It's like a coin flip you can gain nothing, but also double. Trade Ship cost is 100G. You can use ship only once. if you want to send it again you must pay next 100G.
8.Commeting
a) To do actions just write them down here, it should be clean like this:

9.Cities
a) Cities which appears on the map are industrialized, they are giving income.
b) to industrialize city you have to pay 1000G
c) If you have enough cities they can turn blue and giving twice of their first cost.
d) If cities are bombed or attacked they stop giving income.
e) To industrialize capital you must pay 5000G.
