Version 3.4.20.0 of our launcher has been released. It has beta support for devices running ARM as well as preparations to support translations and multilingual support.
Previously ATLauncher didn't work too well with ARM devices, but with this update we've included support for running Minecraft on ARM devices. We've conducted extensive tests and it should work flawlessly. However it is possible that you're using an ARM device and are experiencing issues, please contact us in Discord to let us know. We now fully support ARM devices.
In the last few weeks, we've been preparing the launcher to work with multiple languages. Although we're not there just yet however, we're on the right track and the final step is to ensure that the translations are up-to-date and finished so that the UI can be improved to be able to work with the different languages. If you're proficient in English and another language and want to contribute to the translation of the launcher, visit our CrowdIn page and contribute to translating. Contact us via the #translations channel of our Discord channel.
Jul 11, 2022 Mojang accounts cannot be used online anymore
Multiple issues are currently being raised regarding the inability to log into online servers with a non-migrated Mojang account.
It seems as though Microsoft has stopped support for Mojang accounts , and in order to play on servers online now, you must migrate your account to an Microsoft account since the older api's used for session management within the game are working.
It could be a bug however it is more likely it's a deliberate error. You will no longer be allowed to sign in to servers online using Mojang accounts.
May 18, 2022 – CurseForge Modpacks Project Distribution Tggle
CurseForge had a caveat to its announcement when it announced that its official API would be available for third-party use. CurseForge projects could decide whether third parties can download their projects. This means that any mod available on CurseForge could choose to stop distribution of their mods to all third parties.
This change is in effect as of today. Modpack downloads from CurseForge.
Modpacks that include mods that have disabled third parties from downloading them will require extra steps to manually download the mods via your browser to complete the installation process.
Similar steps are required for mods that are added to instances from CurseForge.

May 17, 2022 - Modrinth Modpacks Are Available
Modrinth Modpacks are now available in an Alpha state.
For those not aware, Modrinth is a mod (and is now modpack) platform that can be used as an alternative to CurseForge. Modrinth is open source and has quite an active development program and is very exciting to watch the developments that Modrinth makes. Modrinth.com provides more information about the project and Modrinth.
Modpacks can be downloaded and uploaded from Modrinth. ATLauncher supports both exporting instances to Modrinth format for upload to Modrinth and downloading and installing already-made packs.
