With the Congressional App Challenge having minimal barriers to enter, along with the unrestricted nature of its application topics, the App Challenge has undoubtedly inspired me to continue pursuing a future in computer science/another STEM field. Upon participating in this challenge, I have found myself having a greater interest in the sciences, joining related clubs, and even using my free time to learn more about STEM careers. Overall, I strongly believe that the Congressional App Challenge has confirmed my interest in the STEM field, and I hope to find myself in a STEM career in the future.
