About This Quiz As the key antagonists of Ubisoft's "Assassin's Creed" franchise The Assassins' Brothers and the Knights Templar have two competing views of what the world should be. The Assassins are about personal liberty and sticking it to the man. Their modern branches operate in the shadows and operate on the fringes of society. They vow not to make use of the objects of immense strength they have, such as the Apple of Eden, or at the very least they will not use them for the benefit of society.



The Templars are a more centralized group who don't believe that humans will make good decisions if left to their own devices. They are worried about the demise of society and the potential for its collapse. That's why they associate themselves with the wealthy and powerful, whether multinational conglomerates in the current system or kings and lords back in the time of the Crusades. The only way to solve this problem, according to their opinion is a well-ordered and well-governed society in which the weak are protected because strong, strong people are in control.



These two perspectives compete for dominance in the games as well as in the real world, and most of us probably find things to admire or disapprove of in either worldview. It's time to determine which one is more yours!
