If you've ever wanted to build a functional and real Windows 95 PC inside Minecraft, now is the time. A brand-new VM Computers mod has been developed for Minecraft that allows players to order computer parts from a satellite orbiting the Minecraft world and then build a computer that actually boots Windows 95 and a variety of other operating systems.
VirtualBox, an open-source, free virtual machine program, can be used to run Windows 95. Within Minecraft you can simply place the PC case block, and use it to create virtual hard drives for installing operating systems using ISO files.
Naturally, the Minecraft community has been testing with the VM Computers mod, and someone has succeeded in getting Doom running within Minecraft as result. There's bound to be plenty of experimentation to come, especially once people build multiple PCs that boot different operating systems in Minecraft worlds. You could play Minecraft on a PC in Minecraft.

Any mod or hack will be tested to the max by running Windows 95 and Doom. Windows 95 has been tested on an Xbox One, an Apple Watch and even as an application that you can download and install on macOS and Windows. Does Minecraft run Crysis but? We are eager to discover.
