Leeds Bicycle Pedal Assist System
A career-ending foot injury forced Leeds Founder Mike Merrell to give up running, but he wasn't about to let it stop him. Cycle hire scheme in Leeds

The city council in Leeds, Yorkshire, is considering setting up a cycle hire scheme.
