Celebrating Three Epic Months Of Back-to-Back Blockbuster Game Launches In Xbox Game Pass

The year of 2014 has been an incredible one for Team Xbox, and you are our loyal supporters. Extreme minecraft server crafting going on here welcomed Bethesda to the Xbox family and announced a brand new slate of games in June, and launched Psychonauts 2 and Microsoft Flight Simulator Two of the most highly-rated games of the year, into Xbox Game Pass. Sea of Thieves now has 25 million players. Your love for Series X-shaped appliances , as well as the "Mini Fridge" have made it a reality. Our players are at the center of everything we do and we couldn't be more thankful for your incredible support.



We are excited to launch three months of back-toback blockbuster games on Game Pass, just weeks before the Xbox 20th Anniversary in November.



The Age of Empires franchise has been a key part of Microsoft's gaming heritage for the past 24 years, and the Oct. 28 launch of Age of Empires IV will be the biggest to date and will bring the redesigned real-time strategy game to a brand new generation on Steam and Game Pass for PC on day one. On November. 2 Minecraft will be added to Game Pass for PC. In December, new Minecraft Dungeons Seasonal Adventures will be available. Caves & Cliffs: Part II will be released later in the year.


Forza Horizon 5's open-world adventure in Mexico will be available on Nov. 9. S and Windows PC. Game Pass also includes cloud and console gaming (beta).


Microsoft Flight Simulator: Game of the Year Edition is available for free to existing players, Game Pass members and Game Pass members. It includes five new aircrafts as well as eight new airports. There are also new Discovery Flights and tutorials. The game also comes with popular community features like DX12 support. Microsoft Flight Simulator will also launch the Reno Air Races, featuring the fastest motorsports on the planet. This will also be available Nov. 18.


The Master Chief is back on Dec. 8 with Halo Infinite. This is the Halo that we dreamed of 20 years ago and it's finally here in the biggest Halo game ever created. Halo Infinite is available in Game Pass on Xbox One, Xbox Series X Game Pass Ultimate members will also receive monthly multiplayer rewards as part of the Perks program.


Our teams have been working hard to improve the games you love. These last few months you've played Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs Part 1, Sea of Thieves: A Pirate's Life, State of Decay 2 Grounded: Hot and Hazy, and the last week's Halo: The Master Chief Collection Season 8. We're grateful that millions of you continue to play in these worlds together.



The Xbox community has turned gaming into a place for joy and inspiration as well as education over the last two decades. Games create bridges and strengthen bonds between family and friends and also offer people new ways to connect.



We invite you to join us on Nov. 15 for a fun, digital broadcast that will be made available to all Xbox fans around the world to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Xbox and Halo. While we won't announce any new games the anniversary broadcast will offer an exclusive look back at 20 years of Xbox. We'll share more details soon, so stay tuned.
