Windows 11 SE: What You Can And Can't Do In Microsoft's Remote Learning OS

What apps work with Windows 11 SE devices? Microsoft Office, Teams and Minecraft for Education are all preloaded on Windows 11 SE devices. Browsers



Messenger and Spotify apps didn't make it. This means there are fewer distractions on Windows 11 SE devices. Microsoft declared that apps that can be used with the web browser will be able to work.



It is also impossible to alter any of the settings within the operating system. Like the apps, only administrators can modify the settings. Administrators will also be able to wipe the device remotely.



How does Windows 11 compare? Windows 11 SE and Windows 11 SE are different in the sense that Windows 11 was intended for personal use, while Windows 11 SE was created for remote management in IT or classroom settings. The different goals affect how users can access the operating system and what applications can be run on it. You can upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 and Windows 11 has no app restrictions. On Windows 11 SE, only administrators can add apps, and even then, they can choose from an extremely limited number. Otherwise, the systems appear and function the same way.
