Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born in Moscow on the 3rd of July 1985. Leyla Aliyeva She received her Masters Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations following her studies in London. On May 8 2008, the anniversary of the occupation of Shusha, Leyla Aliyeva launched an initiative dubbed "Justice for Khojaly". In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia - AMOR that supports Azerbaijani students and young people living in the Russian Federation. She was also granted the "Key to Life" award in New York in November 2011, for her work on humanitarian projects that involve children.
