Football - America's Best Sport
This is something that not many guys are willing to admit. You have to be willing and able to work harder than everyone else if your goal is to become a better player and coach. I know that many players believe they're so good that they don?t have to work as hard. Good luck with that.

The second secret to football success is working hard. Although some players will tell you that they are going "turn it off in the game", this mental approach is not very helpful. If you don?t practice hard, you won?t be able work hard in the game. Some coaches believe that practice makes perfect. I disagree. If you practice poorly, you'll play poorly. Perfect practice makes perfect!

Second, some of best supplements for players are quite affordable and not very hyped. It's hard to justify rolling out a major ad campaign for a $5 bottle of something.that's better saved for the $75+ bucket-o-worthless-chemicals.

If you're not sure how to go about this, Googling "how to find your passion" is a good place to start. Check out the various exercises that you can find online. Do not expect the answer right away. It may take weeks and months or even years before you get the answer. So start as early as your freshman year or sophomore year of highschool (or even earlier, if possible).

You know what they say is about people who do the exact same thing over and over, but expect different outcomes. This is often the classic definition of the term "insanity". Unfortunately it seems is if many of our fellow youth football coaches suffer from this player decimating affliction. They do the same thing year after year, but end up with the same frustratingly poor or choppy results. In my first few years coaching youth football I went through the following post-season assessment. My answer was always the same: I needed better football players to solve my problem. My thoughts were, "All I needed was a stronger x player, a stronger y player, and kids who were more motivated, larger, etc. It was always the kids fault, I just needed a "good team" and we would do well.
