A private note makes for members to communicate privately in the context of a conversation. Whilst the messages are shown in the channel, they are not sent by SMS to the contact. They remain a little note in the midst of the writing conversation to assist you make a note in regards to the proceedings on your own and other members. It can be useful to ask a question to another member and get an answer without leaving the page. For solo plans, you are able to record actions taken or conclusions after a conversation is finished.
A few notes on private notes:
привнот can be found for many subscription plans
The username, profile picture and a time stamp will soon be displayed with the private note message to exhibit which user added the private note
Utilize the @ symbol to mention a part in an exclusive note. The active members names will show above the text box, you can select an individual from the list.
Text, emojis, and images could be added as a personal note
Private notes do not count towards your total monthly SMS/MMS allowance
Creating an exclusive note
It's easy! You need to use the global 'Create' button from anywhere in the application to have a private note:
Share your note
Since private notes are in essence regular messages, you can decide to fairly share them with whomever you'd like, crafting the privacy settings to your needs.
For instance, it might seem sensible to fairly share the note above with Stan. Just in case you wanted to write anything that's very personal and shouldn't be visible to Stan, you could take two notes: One for your own personel eyes only, and one that's shared with Stan.
Revisiting Notes
Underneath the performance review form there's a tab that highlights data from within Small Improvements. All of your messages about Stan will automatically appear underneath Stan's performance review form.
