Next up is the Four of a Kind. This requires you to have four cards of a single type. If two players have four of a kind, then the higher fifth card in the hand, known more commonly as the kicker, decides the winner. Below is the Full House. For this, you need to have three cards of the same rank and the other two of the same rank. Three Aces, two Kings and two Queens would be the highest.

The "showdown" takes place when the last raise or bet is made on the final betting round. This is when the pot is decided and players are allowed to show their hands one by one. Sometimes there may not be a showdown. This happens when a player raises or bets and no active players call the player's wager (or all players fold). In this scenario, the player who raises or bets wins the entire pot.

The final card of the hand is dealt face-up. A second round of betting completes the hand. The player with the best poker hand out of the five-card flop and the two cards in their hand wins the pot. As in other poker games, the top five-card hand will win the pot. Each player has the option to call, raise, or fold their hand during the betting that follows any one of these dealings.

Players have the option of raising, checking, or folding during a round. The dealer discards the card at top of the deck after the round of betting is finished. After this burn card, dealer flips the next three cards face-up onto the table. This is the flop and these three community cards can be used by any player, in combination with their pocket cards, to make a poker hand. The next round begins with the player seated to the left side of the dealer.

Texas hold'em is the third most played poker game. While the poker rules are the exact same as those for the first two games, the Texas hold 'em is different because spectators can now view the cards of each player with lipstick cameras.

The dealer proceeds to "burn" the last card on the table and then deals the final river card to all players. There are now five cards on a table.
