- Event Details detail copy like James said could be better. Something like “Tell attendees what to expect from the event. Will there be snacks? Do I need to bring anything?”

- Agree that the events upload could look nicer. The default image looks broken, not like filler. The “Skip This Step” link gets a little lost. Wonder if “Continue” could just work if you want to skip.

- “When Is it Happening” is really small
- Agree about the Event Location name thing being unclear.
- What is Office location? Could it be a dropdown? If you want to separate offices and physical, I’d change physical to “address”?
- What is event capacity? And “Enter 0 for none” makes me think you are saying no one can come? Could the input be small (number sized)? Nothing happens when I hit Continue without filling it out. This also don’t really fit with the “when” bit.
- Under recurring, I don’t love where the “Add Another” button is. Doesn’t feel natural.

- The padding is wonky on the confirmation page
- The “Locations” bit is a little weird to me, because I imagine many events will only be in one place (and giving a location a name doesn’t make a ton of sense?)
- Can you put the “If everything looks right…” blurb at the top instead of bottom?
- The Event name at the top doesn’t feel right to me. I know you are trying to make it dynamic, but it feels like a step name not a title (and it’s duplicate information with the below).

- The spacing under the “What kind of event is this” is really tight.
- The alignment of the tag field isn’t quite right and the button seems redundant (if I can hit enter?)
- The tags are really little

- The full event summary as some of the same problems and the tags bit is not aligned right
- If I edit my event, I should be able to upload a new picture
- If I don’t make any changes when going through the edit flow, the summary page is broken
- If I didn’t give a cap on attendees, that info shouldn’t show on the hover on the events grid page


Just going through it myself, had some comments.

• Event Details – default copy is weak.
• Would like the tab order to switch for the form on the 2nd page [so tab enter would be continue vs back]
• I think back should be next to continue vs on the other side [put the actions closer together/proximity, also, id make it grey not red]
• Upload image view could use some TLC on the design side
• Name [Under Event Location] is confusing. Name of what? The place? The Event? I was confused.
• The date format is not standard for US [M/D/Y]
• End Date should switch to match your start date [most cases this will work fine] I shouldn’t have to re-enter the date in the End Date Field.
• Address lookup for “office location” would be awesome. What’s the difference btwn office location and physical location? I think that you could name these better.
• Size of the field for event capacity (odd naming) is huge, it should reflect the size of what you expect to put in [so I’d make it about ¼ of the size it is now].
• Wondering if that same field was just Limit spots available to this event [unlimited ] -> or something else. This just seems weird to me.

Event summary
• Formatting is a little weird
• Missing Image
• Repeat information [the header just repeats the summary]
• I think the “add more info” or “submit” layout needs to be a bit more thought out.

Add More Details
• Tagging -> I would look up some other examples of how people do this…I feel that there are ones that are a lot clearer out there [maybe Eventbrite/can’t remember off the top of my head]
• Host info -> Not Me -> I would call them “contact person” or something else.
• Validation of emails for host.

All Events page
• I broke the layout w/ a long event name. and the hover as well.
• I think the content in the hover state needs work, I also wouldn’t move the information you display on the non-hover state. Keep the title/time where it is – and then put any additional info inside the hover, jumping info looks bad.
