PNR SCREEN EXPLAINED


W/RBD*UA - To display the cabin of any class of service used.
W/RBD*AA- To display the cabin of any class of service used in American airlines
PNR will only expire if there is no Retention line or the Flight segment.

PNR Status Codes
These codes allow you to understand the status for each sector of the booking.
They can be found next to the City Pairs in the PNR (and SSRs)
HK Holding Confirmed seat on flight NO No Action Taken
HN Holding Need NN Need Need, will confirm after ending booking
HL Waitlisted UC Unable Flight Closed Not Waitlisted
LK Holding Confirmed HX Holding Cancelled
KL Confirming From Waitlist UN Unable Flight cancelled by Airline
TK Time Change Advise Passenger New Times SS Seat Sold But Booking Not Ended And Re-Retrieved

3- Serial Number UA - Airline Code 520- Flight number V-Class of service - 30 Jun- date of travel - 4 - number of the week day SFOJFK- San Francisco Departure city code - JFK- Arrival City code SS- Flight segment status 1- Depicts the number of travelers 0900- Departure time- 1730 Arrival time.

The command to display the ticket history is TE
To open a ticket WETR*2 is the command. WETR*ticket number
WTDB*2 For ticket number .
To Display / retrieve the history of the PNR the command is *HIA.
MD to move down , MU to move up and if want to move bottom of the screen then the command is MB.

HIA- To display the history of the PNR
XS- To cancel
AS- add segment
*PQR To retrieve the last changes on fares or want to view the Skit change

*PQR—history of stored fares
Any kind of schedule(sched) change or any other change, ( if the it is a manual pricing change, the history will reflect in PQ, and if the pricing change has been done by SAE(sabre automated exchange) always try to make it under SAE, it is mandatory to use. If SAE fails then we can do manual exchange.
MD – move down
MU---move up
MB---- move bottom
