Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving, devoted parents. He was the oldest of four children of Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son from an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry includes all members of the family. His brother, Reverend Ken, is the esteemed pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of world-class gospel artists.

The Man, God, has created a number of NGOs with the aim to offer vital services and hope. Five partners make up COFI and are working to raise living standards in the most deprived areas.

Under the auspices of COFI is COFI's InnerCity Mission (ICM) for children The Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), as well as the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organisations works to improve the lives of people, health, spirits and well-being.

The charity also provides food for indigent children.
