Pastor Faith healer, pastor and author Chris Oyakhilome is well-known to his followers as Pastor Chris. He is also the president of LoveWorld Incorporated. Also called Christ Embassy. It is located in Lagos. His unique way of telling God's Word has inspired thousands of people around the world.

Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a family that was a faith-based one, and was surrounded by loving and loving parents. He is the son of the elder of Elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies, of God's Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who instilled her divine grace on her son from the beginning.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. After a scholarship was awarded to pursue a degree in the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He received an BSc degree in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate degree in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to join the ministry and serve the Lord.

Pastor Chris: The Mentor
While he was at university, the Man of God created what would become one of the biggest churches in the world. He started an unassuming prayer group dubbed "Youth for Christ" which would become the most well-known organisation of its type on campus. This was also the foundation for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated with millions of followers around the world.

Under the leadership of Pastor Chris, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LOVEWORLDSAT was the first Christian television station broadcasting from Africa 24/7 on free-to-air channels. There are LoveWorld television stations on satellite and cable networks around the world.
