Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first member of his family members to be born. He finished his secondary and primary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.


AAU also gave him an honourary Doctor of Science Award. He holds an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome ministry
While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student. He began exploring the ministry while in AAU. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Believer's LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of followers and associates across the globe.

Through its 2002 atmosphere for miracles show, BLW was the most well-known Christian ministry on TV in Africa. The program was pulled by President Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to help the poor, destitute, orphaned, and children who are vulnerable .

The children who are in need of assistance are supported by the foundation through participation interventions that include family strengthening programmes as well as child development programmes.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals, as well as other institutions across the world which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana.
