Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He is the oldest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the pioneers at the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome clan. Oyakhilome clan, who instilled her divine grace in her son at a very young age.

The LoveWorld ministry is supported by the entire family. His brother, Reverend Ken is the renowned pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which houses a variety of top gospel artists in the world.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon is following the path of her father of spreading the Gospel of God to the world. Also known CSO She is a gospel singer who has won awards and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was granted a scholarship to study at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he graduated with a BSc. in Architecture, as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He holds an honorary degree in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. He was at Ambrose Ali University when he received his call from God to become a minister and servant of the Lord.

While still at university, the Man of God started what would later be the largest congregation in the world. It began with an uninvolved group of believers known as 'Youth for Christ'. The group would later become the basis for LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy as well as eventually millions of followers around the world.

Under the direction of Pastor Chris, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LoveWorldSAT is the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa all day, on air-free networks. In the present, LoveWorld stations can be seen on satellite and cable television networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris's home country of Nigeria as well as South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. The ministry has two Healing Schools based in South Africa. These schools are where Pastor Chris organizes sessions during the season that enable miracles to take place.

Music and Gospel Music are an important aspect of the worship. Pastor Chris is a strong advocate for Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir in their training. A lot of these singing artists are soloists who have achieved success under the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's guidance.

The Future African Leaders Foundation, (FALF), is a non-profit organization that aims to carry on the inspirational work of Pastor Chris. It recognizes and supports young, brilliant leaders. Pastor Chris invests in the youth of today to help them become tomorrow's leaders.

The Man, God, has founded NGOs with the mission to offer vital services and hope. The five partners of COFI have a common objective: to improve living standards and enhance the standard of living in the least developed areas.

The InnerCity Mission for Children The InnerCity Mission for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps(VMC), Traga Care International Foundation [TCIFthe Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) and Bible For All Mission are all part of COFI. His charity provides shelter and food to the poor.
