Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving parents who were devoted to their children. He is the son of the elder of Elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies, of God's Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace on her son at a very young age.

The LoveWorld ministry is actively supported by all members of the family. His brother Reverend Ken (the revered pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. KattyWorghiren, the director of LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry is the home of several best-selling gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon, who is also known by the name of CSO is a CSO member who has decided to follow in the footsteps of her father and share the gospel of God the world. She is an accomplished gospel singer who has won awards and is an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome went to Edo College and was awarded an award from Bendel State University to study architecture. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to join the ministry and serve the Lord.
